Limmud NY

Come learn about and get involved in a national grassroots movement both to improve how we care for elders and people with disabilities in the U.S., and also to improve conditions for the workers who provide that care. America’s 1.7 million home care workers are not yet protected by minimum wage and overtime guarantees. In this workshop, we will examine the issue through a Jewish lens, and we will have a chance to talk about what is at stake for us, our community, and the country.
