Anchoring Your Soul to the Text: Personalizing the Jewish Prayerbook

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

"Why is prayer so boring?" If you've ever asked this question, this session is for you. We'll put pen to paper and learn practical techniques to make words which were written centuries ago feel relevant to our lives today. You'll come away from this session with tried and true methods that you can apply immediately to your prayer experience. Whether you know Hebrew or not, in only 75 minutes, you'll learn how to "drop anchors" of your own life experiences into the sacred words of the siddur, and bring them alive.
