[Jewish] Organizations strive to pump up volunteers, build teams, turn participants into leaders.  We will workshop specific techniques for empowering people, building your bench, and shifting a network to be self-thriving.  This will be a facilitated idea-share and not a frontal lecture, although excerpts will be on hand from business case studies, modern scholarship on leadership, and Tanach. Feel free to bring a text to offer as well.
