Noga was raised in New York and Netanya, served as a sergeant in the Israeli Defense Force, and attained an engineering degree and an MBA. She is the past Executive Director of KolDor. Currently, she is the Director of External Relations and Program Development at the BINA Center for Jewish Identity and Hebrew Culture, and a teacher at the Secular Yeshiva in Tel Aviv. She is the founder of the Jewish renewal community in Tel-Mond, where she lives with her husband and three children.
