After missing last year’s conference, Sissy Block is excited to be back at Limmud NY, the capital of her Jewish world. Sissy serves on the Limmud NY board and is also a proud member of Romemu. When she’s not talking about Limmud NY or bringing people to Romemu, Sissy is a storyteller and the recent winner of the 2012 Sephardic Music Festival StorySlam. By day, she loves Israel for a living as the Associate Director for Communications at American Associates, Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
